To connect instagram on "The Captivate Hub", the instagram must be a Business account and connected to a Facebook Page.

- 1.On dashboard, click "Create now" or "Create conversation"

2. Choose Instagram as a channel
Supported Channels
3. Fill up the following information
- Name - The name of the channel that will be created on the hub
- Description - The description of the channel
- Facebook Page Name - The name of the facebook page the app connected to instagram

4. Click "Sign in with facebook" button
5. A new window will appear that redirect you to facebook, it will ask your password and ask you "What Instagram Business Accounts do you want to use The Captivate Hub?". select the Instagram account and What pages do you want to use with The Captivate Hub?". select the facebook page connected to the instagram and click next.

6. It will ask for the permission that The Captivate Hub allowed to do, select all as yes and click next

7. You are now done installing "The Captivate Hub" to your Instagram. click ok and the Page ID and Page Token is now filled up automatically. click the create button.

To test the instagram account, you must follow the instagram account and send a message the bot must reply you back. also try to call an agent to escalate it to agent, you must recieved a notification on Microsoft teams and it must send and receive messsages on teams.
